Punta Morada is built on the foundation of serious culinary discipline and coastal instinct. Led by a Le Cordon Bleu–trained chef and a team of experienced cooks, the kitchen brings technical precision to a cuisine that is meant to feel effortless.
Our identity is rooted in Northern Mexico’s Pacific coast—where seafood is treated with respect, fire is used with intention, and flavor is clean, bold, and direct. This is not traditional replication; it’s a refined interpretation shaped by product, technique, and environment.
The concept of Raw & Fire defines everything we do. Raw represents purity—fresh seafood, minimal intervention, clarity of flavor. Fire represents depth—grill, smoke, heat, and intensity. The balance between both creates a menu that is dynamic, seasonal, and built to evolve.
